Once someone opts in to The Results Portal and has been welcomed by Catharine, Tom, and Simon through a series of emails, they’re automatically added to your Instaloops PRO email list.
There is a templated, pre-loaded welcome email sequence in your Instaloops PRO account — all you need to do is customize it to match your voice and brand.
🔧 To personalize your welcome sequence:
Log into business.instaloops.com
Click Automations from the left menu
Look for the folder labeled “TRP Co-Host Welcome Sequence
Open the sequence and click into each step (email) to edit
✍️ For each email:
Replace placeholder text with your personal story
Update any generic “Hi there” greetings to your preferred tone
Add your own links, voice, or offers — make it sound like YOU
Save changes after each edit
You can preview the flow of the sequence from the top of the Automations tab to make sure timing and triggers are correct.
