Each email in the sequence needs to have your correct “From Name” and “From Email” address — especially if you're using a custom domain like [email protected].
Here’s how:
Inside the automation, click into each email step
In the email editor, click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner
Update the fields:
From Name: Your name or brand (e.g., Jane Smith or The Abundance Coach)
From Email: [email protected] (or the address you added in your Instaloops Business email settings)
Click Save before closing each email
💡 Pro Tip: If you want these “From” settings to apply across all emails by default, go to:
Settings > Email Services > Default From Email
