You’ll be sending emails using your new domain — but not from Gmail or Outlook. Everything happens inside Instaloops business.
Here’s how to set up your “no-reply” style marketing email address:
Step-by-step:
Once your domain is verified, go to Settings > Email Services
Under Sending Domains, click Add Sender
Use this format for your email:
[email protected] (e.g., [email protected])Instaloops business will automatically send a verification email to that address — but since this is a domain you own, Instaloops business will handle verification behind the scenes
How replies work:
Replies to your emails won’t go to a Gmail inbox — they’ll appear in your Conversations tab in Instaloops business.
To check replies:
Go to the “Conversations” tab in your Instaloops business dashboard
Filter by contact, or check unread messages
Reminders:
This email is used to send automations like your welcome sequence
It’s not meant for back-and-forth conversations — keep that in your regular inbox if needed
