Response Info for Conversation AI

The AI Response Info panel provides users with comprehensive details about AI-generated responses. This feature offers insight into the AI's decision-making process, making it easier to track responses, understand their origins, and troubleshoot potential issues.

To get started, navigate to the Conversations and click on Response Info to open the AI Message Details panel.

AI Response

This section displays the final message generated by the AI. This is the response sent to the user during the conversation, providing a clear view of what the user sees.

Knowledge Chunks

To generate an accurate response, the AI references relevant data chunks from the system. These knowledge chunks provide context and ensure that responses are based on the most relevant information available.

Chat History

This section displays past bot-user interactions that were considered while generating the response. By reviewing these interactions, users can better understand the context the AI used, ensuring transparency in communication.

Actions Executed

If the customer interaction prompted an automated action, such as updating a field, you can review it in this section.

With the AI Response Info feature, you get a clear, behind-the-scenes look at how your AI crafts its responses. From understanding the prompts and intents to tracking actions and chat history, this tool helps you stay in control.
