Conversations & WhatsApp

Updated over 2 months ago

WhatsApp allows you to communicate with your clients in real-time. The way it works is a mix between SMS and Facebook Messenger. It has high feedback and visibility, a low response time, and interactive messaging. You can keep track of these interactions in your Conversations section; they are identifiable by the green icon that represents them.

After opening the conversation, select the WhatsApp tab to select it as your sending channel.

You can write your WhatsApp messages as you would in Facebook Messenger, including adding links or images to your message.

With the $ sign icon, you can request payment directly through WhatsApp with a payment link, making it easier for your customers to pay and streamline your transactions.

Additionally, you can use one of your WhatsApp templates by clicking the notebook icon.

Once your message is ready, you can click Send to directly contact your client or click the clock icon to schedule the message for later.

When scheduling messages, you can select a time up to 24 hours from the last inbound message received from the customer.

WhatsApp allows you to send voice notes by clicking on the microphone icon; the maximum duration for voice notes is 10 minutes.

Just like with Facebook and Instagram messages, the contact should have sent you a message in the last 24 hours for you to be able to reply with WhatsApp. Other than that, it works the same as any short message; you can include links, media, and custom values to spice up your text and use this tool to maximize your responses!
