Calendar Connections

Updated over 2 months ago

In the Calendars tab under Connections, you can manage integrations with Google, Outlook, iCloud, Calendly, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and more. These connections streamline scheduling, sync external calendars, and help prevent double bookings.

To get started, navigate to the calendar section and click on Calendar Settings.

Click on the Connections tab to access the available calendar connections.

Calendars

Here you can view the calendars you have connected to your CRM, such as Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, iCloud Calendar, and Calendly.

Connecting Your Calendar

To connect your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, iCloud Calendar, or Calendly, click the + Add New button. You'll be redirected to a settings page where you can finalize the connection. If you already have an account connected, you can connect other accounts within this section.

Pick the Calendar of your choice. Click Connect to continue.

πŸ“ŒNote: Multiple accounts of the same integration type (e.g., Outlook, iCloud) can be connected within a single subaccount.

Selecting the Main Integration Calendar

Once you have a calendar connected, you can choose the primary calendar from the dropdown menu in My Connections under Linked Calendar. Events created on a system calendar you are a part of will also be on this integrated calendar.

Private Mode For Synced Events

Toggle this on to see your third-party calendar details. Click on Save to complete.

Video Conferencing

Here you can view and manage conferencing settings for your calendar. Clicking the +Add New button opens another page for you.

Connect

Click the Connect button for the option that suits you, then sign in to connect your account. Once signed in, you will see your account linked here.

πŸ“ŒNote: Users can connect only one video conferencing account (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet) to their account.

Google Organic Booking

Seamlessly list any services you provide to your Google Business Page from the CRM.

Enable Google Organic Booking

Toggle on to enable Google Organic Booking on your GMB profile.

After enabling this option, you can publish a group or individual service by selecting the service menu and calendars from the drop-down menu and clicking Upload. Optionally, you can also enable the option to use the Services (v2) feature for Google Organic Booking.

Properly connecting your calendar ensures all automation is working to its complete potential, minimizes the risk of double-booking or overlapping meetings, and helps you and your team stay on the same page.
