Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues

If you’re having trouble resetting your password to access the TPT Dashboard or your GHL account, try these steps:

  1. Click “Forgot your password?” under the login form

  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up Make sure it’s the same email you used during onboarding

  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email

    • Subject line: “Reset your password”

    • If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions tab

  4. Click the reset link and create your new password


If you don’t receive the reset email:

  • Double-check that you entered the correct email

  • Search your inbox for:
    from: [email protected]

  • Wait at least 5–10 minutes before retrying (there may be a delay)

Still no email?

Contact our agents through the help icon in your dashboard or by going directly to https://business.instaloops.com and clicking the ? in the bottom-right corner. Let them know you're unable to reset your password and which email you used during setup.
